About Us
Tilak Katha is a devotional storytelling blog that presents stories from the Ramayan, Mahabharat, bhajans and stotras in simple Hindi, English and Gujarati — for readers who prefer reading over watching.
Our Relationship to Source Videos
Tilak Katha is an independent, unofficial devotional blog. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any YouTube channel. We draw inspiration from the publicly available videos of several devotional channels, and every story published here is an original retelling, written in our own words — it is never a direct copy of a video's script, dialogue, or song lyrics. Each post embeds the original video, names the source channel, and includes a "Watch on YouTube" link so readers can reach the source directly. All rights to the videos remain with their original creators.
Our Mission
Many readers prefer devotional stories in their own language. Our goal is to make these stories easily available in Hindi, English and Gujarati, so every reader can enjoy them with simplicity and devotion in the language they're most comfortable with.
